Here may be why some men are so dang scary and stupid at the same time:

    At least THIS makes more sense than just blaming testosterone. Although there has been an apparent link, it is NOT 1:1. You can have very high testosterone and be a nice even keel person, and you can have very low testosterone and be an agressive woman beater. My testosterone now is usually high normal, and I am not into sports, aggressive, etc... I never so much as slapped a woman much less beat one. And some WOMEN seem VERY aggressive, etc....

    My prolactin, as I recall, is relatively low, and I never had serotonin checked. Based on the fact that serotonin is supposed to make you happy, I'm betting mine is low. Then again it seems my experience with such things is contrary.

    If you are talking about that idiot in colorado, maybe he was depressed and hoping for an adrenalin rush. I think it is unfair to men everywhere to link it to testosterone. As for the reaction to steriods, that isn't really accurate anyway. Most steroids are tweaked or artificial, and that could be the reason for "roid rage".

    Aggression often leads to behavour that seems stupid, etc...
