1985 State of The Art Computer Animation!

These days mobile phones, have tons more graphic rendering power than this does, but back then this was state of the art, jaw dropping stuff!


Although the "juggling silver spheres man example" for the Amiga PC, back then was pretty cool as well!

    Shane, my head almost exploded when I first saw this video. It was simply amazing at the time. No other video came close. My wife likes to argue that the Tears for Fears video is better (you know, the one that looks like it's hand drawn), but, as usual, she's dead wrong.

    The one that looks hand drawn to me is A-Ha's Take On Me, I can't think of a Tears For Fears one with that look.Can you post it?

      Yeah, l was the same, l was watching this on the colour CRT tv, in awe, at the time.

      But these days, everytime l come across some simulated water in Super Mario Galaxy, l have to say, "wow", it looks so real!

      Yeah, l would like to see the Tears For Fears music video you mentioned, as well.

      Nope, you're right, Kim. That's the one I meant. I posted pre-coffee. I'm getting old and the synapses don't fire like they used to.
