What type of setup are you using? The sponges and a 9v or did you purchase an actual unit?

I've been using the 9v system for a few days. I don't really feel the effect of anything other than the tingling of the skin.

I also never really tested my unit for amp so not sure if I'm even doing it right but my consist of a 9v battery, two wires soldered to two pieces of metal cut from a metal piece of sheet metal, and a 1k resistor soldered into the + wire. I put the homemade electrode into two pieces of sponges cut and then super glued around the edges of the sponge to keep the electrode from coming out.

I've heard that I should be using a 4k resistor but honestly I've tried it straight from the battery, with two 1k resistors and one 1k resistor.

I don't recommend straight from the battery...over kill. I think I crapped my pants. I tried 2k resistor but the power doesn't seem to really do anything (little to no white flash of light) so I removed the 1k from the unit leaving only 1k on the + wire.

I tried different locations listed from the net but I didn't feel anything until I first put the battery on or removed it. Just a flash of white light.

Keep me posted on what your results are....I'm wanting this to work as well. The research indicates you can learn at 2x the normal rate.

Why not just do it the traditional way? Knife + electrical socket.

      LOL HeySal!

Or you could just use one of those extra large bobby pins to stick in the socket like the dumb girl named Kathy did in my first grade class.

Had to use the lavatory my butt, well, her butt actually!

Nicoli Tesla said occasional electricity was invigorating. He knew a thing or 2 on the topic.

      Based on that blog page?

I'd wait till the guy writing about it has actually tried it (he keep saying what he's "going to do") - and see how many cells are still firing for him after that.

Or just hook yourself up to a car battery and give it a whirl - no skin off my scalp:p

If you come back posting "my name is hteraG - we'll know you are overcharged.

Edit: Seriously, this stimulation has had great results in operating rooms. But that is truly Direct application through a probe stimulating brain matter in carefully mapped regions.

Actually a cure for cancer was verified by UCLA medical center and FDA in the 30s by specific carrier waves through electricity. Whats old is new again. Look it up.

I think you're not (fortunately). The current isn't enough to go through the skull.

There was a TV show on it last night on SciFi channel hosted by Morgan Freeman called "into the wormhole".

They talk about the two professors from major universities using them in clinical trials and the man that was out sourced by the US air force to train new troops.

Interesting so say the least. It's coming out soon in major media but it's something that is just in the beginning phases. Once the word hits the streets it's going to explode. No pun intended.

I'm going to tweak my system today with some new things.
