South Park just because it's quite clever most of the time. I don't think anything on "EmpTV" can be considered clever.

Not a knock at B&BH but I think South Park really was groundbreaking in both its content and its ability to add current social events directly into its cartoon. The newer episodes may not be up to par as some of the past but man they still are fantastic!
