Are you wanting to sell your own products or just the affiliate part? If its just the affiliate marketing most affiliate programs can send you money to your checking account. I don`t know of any that accept anyone under 18 though. I would call them directly and ask for suggestions.

I googled - affiliate marketing for under 18 years old
You might try that, there were several pages that looked like they may help.

Some of these are a little less than ideal.

AlertPay doesn't exist under that name any more, but still has huge problems, by all account. Almost nobody's willing to use LibertyReserve other than for "HYIP scams" and business "opportunities" with which no bank or other financial institution will do business.

And I think you need to be 18+ to use any of those, anyway?

You can open a PayPal "student account" from the age of 13, anyway, I believe? (I don't know what the terms of service of those accounts are, though, and you'd need to check that carefully before using one for affiliate marketing).

You don't need PayPal (or an equivalent) to do affiliate marketing using companies like ClickBank: they pay by check and/or bank transfer.
