Hi, me too, I love the taste of cold beer and I like to drink it from bottle. I dislike drinking from cans. I like Carlsberg and local beer called Lech.
Sometimes I drink vodka 40% pure or with orange juice

    Tequila and margaritas!
you just HAVE to respect the person who was sitting there on night and said -

Also, I think tripping on tequila has more to do with drinking a 5th of it to get to the worm rather than eating the worm.....

I can't drink anymore, but when I did, I liked:

beer (Molson Canadian and Labbatt's Blue)
      dry red wine
      dry white wine
(no particular brands as long as they were good)

      Now I enjoy:

Ice cold soda water with squeezed lime and a touch of sugar.

On a hot summer day... mmmmm good! Very refreshing.

I don't drink any more either, but when I did, I loved Gin and tonic - or Jack Daniels and Dr. Pepper. Also my favorite beer was Ice House. Once in a while I'd chase it all down with a shot of Goldschlager.

I almost never ever drink, but for special occasions, I prefer either a swig of straight vodka or some vodka and a LOT of a juice to mask the taste. I get buzzed pretty quick since I never was much of a drinker.

Always wanted to try Absinthe, the whole process of preparation before drinking it fascinated me.

      From Wiki:

Traditionally, absinthe is prepared by placing a sugar cube on top of a specially designed slotted spoon, and then placing the spoon on the glass which has been filled with a measure of absinthe. Iced water is then poured or dripped over the sugar cube in a manner whereby the water is slowly and evenly displaced into the absinthe, such that the final preparation contains 1 part absinthe and 3-5 parts water. As water dilutes the spirit, those components with poor water solubility (mainly those from anise, fennel, and star anise) come out of solution and cloud the drink. The resulting milky opalescence is called the louche (Fr. "opaque" or "shady", IPA [luʃ]). The release of these dissolved essences coincides with a perfuming of herbal aromas and flavours that "blossom" or "bloom", and brings out subtleties that are otherwise muted within the neat spirit. This reflects what is perhaps the oldest and purest method of preparation, and is often referred to as the French Method.
The Bohemian Method is a recent invention that involves fire, and was not performed during absinthe's peak of popularity in the Belle Époque. Like the French method, a sugar cube is placed on a slotted spoon over a glass containing one shot of absinthe. The sugar is pre-soaked in alcohol (usually more absinthe), then set ablaze. The flaming sugar cube is then dropped into the glass, thus igniting the absinthe. Finally, a shot glass of water is added to douse the flames. This method tends to produce a stronger drink than the French method. A variant of the Bohemian Method involves allowing the fire to extinguish on its own. This variant, sometimes referred to as "Cooking the Absinthe" or "Flaming Green Fairy," destroys most of the alcohol. The origin of this burning ritual may borrow from a coffee and brandy drink that was served at Café Brûlot, in which a sugar cube soaked in brandy was set aflame

Clandestine is one of few brands that doesn't call for sugar. The overuse of fennel gives it a taste within it's own right.

I've had sugar with other brands but I tend to avoid it just for the sake of avoiding taking in too much sugar which causes an energy dump.

I pay £60 for a 70cl bottle of Clandestine delivered though my next botle will be a Jade Orleans Verte at £75 for 70cl. It's not cheap, but it's bloody nice!

I quit serious drinking years ago, but I still enjoy some wine on occasion. Lately I've been sampling Putney Mt. Winery's selection of organic wines.

I always pictured you as a bottle of MD2020 in a brown paper bag kind of guy.

I quit drinking long ago...I'll have a shot every 4-5 years on very special occasions, but that's about it.

When I did drink, I drank Johnny Walker Black, Jim Beam, Wild Turkey or Crown Royal on the rocks, hold the ice.

I rarely ever drink, have never really been a drinker, actually.

Well, I'm sure in my younger years I might have had a few occasions where I might have drank too much and I'd share them with you if I could remember them. :p

Seriously, when I do have an occasional drink, my favorites are summery fruity drinks but I also like a glass of sparkling wine, champagne or a wine cooler.

There was a bar here years ago that had a Wednesday night three gins for a buck night. The place was always so crowded it would take forever to get to the bar. Me and my buddy would each get a bottle of Mad Dog and chug them in the parking lot before we went inside That was also around the time that I would walk up to a girl and bite her nose (as a pick up line). There was always at least one girl around drunk enough to bite my nose right back and we'd always go home together
