I apparently crossed a line in one of my posts, and it was edited, which is completely understandable. The moderator asked if I'd read the rules, and I thought I had! The only rules I found are here:
What are the Forum Rules?

And there's nothing there indicating that my edited post was against any rules. So I'm now wondering what I missed. Is there a more detailed set of rules somewhere?

I'm not angry or anything, just want to be sure I don't inadvertently screw up again.

    Hi Joel,

The forum rules you read was a bit outdated! This is that same list, but updated:

    http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ing-forum.html

Just to be on the safe side, every forum/sub-forum has its own set of rules also. Just read the stickies at the top of each forum and you should be fine.

An example is here in the OT, the sticky says Religious & Political Topics are Forbidden. You also apply the general rules such as no spamming etc. Just use some common sense!

I hope this clears up any confusion you have!

Appreciate the reply, Jody. I guess in a very loose or vague way I broke Rule #1:
If you have a problem with another Warrior, a Guru, or God, take it up with them directly. Not here. No exceptions.
Though I wasn't actually expressing it that way, I was basically answering someone else's question, but I suppose my reply could have been taken as a violation of that rule. I actually refrained from saying it until someone asked, but now I know better for sure.

    You are welcome, Joel!

You did the right thing by asking what the rules are. Now, had you been a seasoned Warrior, you might have gotten your hand slapped and the thread deleted!

Just curious, where did you find that set of rules you posted? Throw it away, it will only get you in more trouble. :p

I clicked the FAQ link in the navbar at the top of the page. It took me to the Knowledge Base, and if you scroll down almost to the bottom there's a FAQ that says "What are the Forum Rules?".

I do appreciate the moderator's discernment in the situation, and all he did was warn me without deleting the thread.
