Question: Facebook Fans/Likes

hope to have hit the right forum here. I am looking for "the secret" on how to get Facebook fans.
You all know the seller who deliver huge amounts. I did it myself a while ago with YouLikeHits, but they don' t have FB anymore. Also tried AddMeFast but they have very strict rules. Also I need to get country based, targeted fans.
Maybe some warrior knows something to give me a hint on how to do it, would very much appreciate it.
