SSA withholds money for student loans

OH YEAH! And ONE person wanted to drop his US citizenship, and the IRS declined!
I heard about the SSI deal a while ago. They are doing that with EVERYONE! Appaarently they even did it with some that DIDN'T have loans. AND, with $50,000 of debt THEY CLAIM you owe, they can basically hold you PRISONER until you pay. If not in jail, then in the country. In theory, they could do it in SECONDS without even making a phonecall!

ALL passport like devices within like the past 10 years or so have chips to tie them into "the grid". Since they generally only last 10 years, that means EVERYONES passport like device now has it. Customs can wave it in front of a gadget, like the boarding pass scanners at airports, and it can say you don't get on the plane. HECK, they could require you to enter the number to buy a ticket so you can't even do so.

And all because they CLAIM you owe $50,000 or more.

BTW I asked my father if any of his friends left the country. He has some rich friends. And he said many HAVE and mentioned that they were worth billions.

Part of the bill that allowed that last unemployment extension in 2010 changed quite a few student loan default collection laws.

One of them is that they can go after disability checks, the other was that they don't need a court order to garnish 15% of your wages. I predict student loans becoming eligible for bankruptcy discharge with the next 5 years.

That and taxes is one of the things they have refused to budge on for years.
