Default How to value the site?

I have a social networking website, main subject is family tree where script automatically let you to unite the similar trees, I dont wanna fall in details, but what I would like to know is
who can I ask to value my website, or what site to go with this question, but I am serious, I just wanna sell my website, please give me some advices who can I ask? I dont wanna talk about that in public, thats why I would like to hear some recomandation someone to talk to...

You can value your website based on a revenue-multiple, which reflects what you feel to be the real worth of your site. If you do a bit of digging, you can find plenty of information on the factors to be taken into account when you're assessing a value and get a feel for the general market for selling sites.

Well, I would take in account for how long the site has been established, the revenue it brings in, the number of incoming links, the traffic, etc.
