    There may be. Montana is an amendment 10 state that really is very staunch about their state rights. They have oil - and they have processors, so they have the means to do this. There are a few states that are taking over control of their own territory in any way they can. Idaho has stopped outsourcing silver, building (maybe already done) a processor, and making silver ingots. It's already legal there to pay any gov fee with silver at the day's current price for the metal. I'm thinking Oklahoma might be another state into this kind of thing.

    I am also thinking as the federal gov gets more out of control, you will see things like this going on in any amendment 10 state.
