In which section should I post this question?
Instead of rushing out, posting in a wrong direction and get raged down by people who yell "wrong section!!", I'd like to ask here first.
I got a website which is for CMS/HTML/PHP beginners (basically new website owners). I'd like to ask for people to contribute their knowledge in return of a different nice rewards and so on. However, I have no clue of what so ever, where to post it.
Since the most part is about CMS, I thought the HTML/design section would do, but then I got unsure and never posted. So, can someone please tell me which section would do? It's not a paid service (there are money involved as rewards, but only to popular articles).
