hahaha 3M - i will try to get there but i am running behind and have work to catch up first - (and no not because I am stoned - I was away from my computer for a few hours and since coming home I have been rewriting all my canned helpdesk messages) Note I only use these as part of a personally written message. Green is not bad. It helps with writing ever so.

AND I just had to make this announcement - so i am late gotta run byeeeeeeee

Title of thread is also a PUN on Terra's mistaken idea that the Italian language is some kind of Mexican or Spanish.

Italian and Spanish are both Latin languages - Italy and Spain are both in Europe. Most of Europe was the Roman Empire and Rome is in Italy, not Spain. (Mexico is not in Europe it is in the Americas).. (BTW) LOL

A Patrician is Roman Nobility - All Patricians are. (patricia means noble)

Well, spanish might be ones of the closest relatives to italian. Certainly not as close as most of the scandinavian languages are to one another. And the spaniards invaded and once owned the part of America known as mexico. So mexican is actually closer to proper spanish than some of the scandnavian languages are to one another. And YEAH, it IS still called spanish. It is still spanish, but not the Castilian in spain.

BTW There IS german that may be more different from german than spanish is from italian. What most people call german is ACTUALLY called high german. Low german actually starts sounding like dutch or scandinavian.

Who knows? Maybe Spanish and Italian were once called italian. They are, after all both related to, and came from, latin.

Oh well, you seem to be having a fun time.

I almost want to ask what you're taking.

No way Kurt,

I want get high - not die!

I am sticking to sesame tahini and honey which is fattening enough but healthy. just a few teaspoons. 100-150 calories

and my chocolate fudge frosting stuff

1 heaping teaspoon (sugar free hersheys cocoa natural (no sweetners no saturated fat)
sweetened with 1 Tablespoon raw unfiltered honey and (1teasp) stevia (an herb) calories only from honey so far. 60-75

table sppon of i can't believe it is not butter lite (50 cals)
creamed up like frosting here

and then add
1/8 - cup raw sunflower seeds - good cals & protein + CRUNCH
1/2 cup raw whole oats - good cals & carbs

smash it all up together and shovel it in by the tablespoon

it's chocolate with no guilt.
lick the bowl if nobody is looking

but i am having time issues because i am writing full page responses in the helpdesk and every document I see needs to be fixed and i had about 3 Skypes that were pages and pages long with ideas for projects and discussing details.

now i am late and have 6 sites to build and it is almost 9 pm.

i'm late i'm late for a very important date
