    Fascinating for the most part.

Interesting that it's wondrous until humans appear which is where violence begins...I liked the music and the images but think for an "evolution of humanity" it focused too much of the two minutes on events in the past 100 years. Totally don't get the insertion of president's photo as I doubt that would rate an apostrophe in the evolution of humanity over millions of years.

Packed a lot into two minutes, though.

I believe it was a kid's school project. Amazing. The kid has a future as a videographer.

Good video except for the content. Mankind didn't evolve from apes. We were created seperate species.

That is why apes still exist today, side by side with humans in time. Make sense?

According to the evolution theory, we have a common ancestor, but
people seem to think that we evolved directly from them.

Modern people like to identify with animals as much as possible to excuse
      their animalistic behaviour.

Why do garden gnomes smell so bad?
So that blind people can hate them as well.

I like to identify with animals because I think they have better behavior than humans.

We may not have evolved from chimps however mankind and apes evolved from a common ancestor; whether or not we refer to this ancestor as an ape or by some other name.

Yes. That is so. ALL life evolved from the same common primeval protoplasm.

That was very cool! I think it was awesome the way he goes from beginning to end in just those two minutes and that he made use of all of those shots very effectively.

I also like how on some, he stayed just a tad bit longer for effect. It worked, I liked it!

And humans and chimps have more DNA in common than chimps and gorillas.

so many people (esp creationists and anti-evolutionists*) get wrong over and over and over again

(*this mistake is not restricted to these groups)

My Grandfather was a smart guy. He read the Bible every day. He was also fond of a book by HG Wells titled The Outline Of History. Wells constructs his work based on evolution. I asked my grandfather if that conflicted with Genesis. He said no.

Then he explained that back during the time of creation the days were a lot longer, maybe even a million of what we call years each. He said that would give God plenty of time to start from a single celled organism and end up with Socrates or Lady Ga Ga, or whatever.

Worked for me. There are scores of biblical scholars who say that the story of creation along with many other things found in the Old Testament are parables. That works for me as well.
