What can you use to disable a microchip that is embedded in something that can't be put in the microwave?

if there aren't any other components that you don't want to hurt,
you can short circuit it with electricity.

That by the way is a total guess on my part.

    mysterious question you have.

YEAH, if it has leads, you can pass a high voltage through them, and burn out circuits and crack crystals. OTHERWISE, it could be difficult.

So, let me get this right: oven chips can be cooked in the oven, but microchips can't be cooked in the microwave?

I hope its not in your cat or dog because some of the above answers could be fatal
maybe a magnet would off set it.

That's a pretty good idea - and a good possibility. It's not an animal - I might push the bimbo button sometimes - but I don't push it that hard or when it involves a little fuzzy. I LUV little fuzzies!
