That old school report is the only frames document on his office wall."

This year, John Gurdon won the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine. It was for groundbreaking work on reprogramming adult cells to behave as stem cells like those of embryos.

I can understand why in some aspects of life, people can be duped, but when it comes to medicine, I can't relate at all. When a doctor gives someone a death sentence and says there's no "cure" - why would anyone not strike out on their own to find an answer? How is it that humans will subvert their very existence to the voice of authority?

Unfortunately Doctors have a great track record for grim predictions! If they say you will be dead in 6 months, most people will be. Which of course raises the question, are doctors unknowingly creating the death? Witch doctors can literally kill someone, (on the spot) if they point the bone at someone, so this may just be another version if this!

Anyway l am getting off topic, yep, Edison, Einstein were others that barely passed an IQ test or the teachers said they wouldn't amount to much.

Even Frank Kern was told in High School that his perfect occupation was a garbo, (he was also diagnosed with ATDD, etc) in no short words, he said no it isn't!
