I want to thank those who offered suggestions several weeks ago when I asked what approach I should take in trying to sell my old conversion van (93 Ford 150). One thought was, I should list all the warts then ask $650 for it. Come down as much as necessary to get rid of it.
So that's what I did...put an ad on Craigs List asking $650. Took about 2 weeks, but on Tuesday of this week I sold it for $550. It's more than I ever expected to get for it.
