My Ultimate Internet Marketing Dream

The other day I overhead a single mother talking to another woman about the difficulty in finding a job and caring for her child at the same time. I know this woman. She's always been friendly to me and my toddler who she addresses by his name. Her daughter is also 2 years old and remarkably well-spoken for someone so young. I had no idea how difficult her circumstances were.

I want to present a viable avenue for wealth via Internet marketing for struggling single mothers, homeless people, destitute families, retired people of limited means, physically challenged individuals, and others in difficult circumstances. This would involve using publicly accessible computers and initially not even having to have a website.

Okay - so what's your point? Are you asking if there are good public resources for computers? Why not get into the drive to recycle computers and give them to people who need them? That's becoming a popular trend now. You know as well as I that, while public computers are an option, it is not feasible for mother's in these situations to just pick up and go use one elsewhere whenever they want or need to. When food and bill money is short, you don't go spending it on gas and babysitters. They need computers in their HOMES.

What did you do with your old computer the last time you got a new one? Did you wipe the hard-drive, reinstall a clean OS, and donate it to the needy? If not - that is where to start the drive to help.

I'm just giving lip service to worthy causes and good works to make myself feel better. Actually doing it is another question. I probably won't, so will write a cheque instead...to orgs that actually spend it on their purported cause.

As for what actually is the best modus operandi, I'd have to personally work with people to figure out what is most viable for them.
