I usually go 3-4 times per week. What about you?

I usually go for only about 30 minutes at a time though. I'm sort of lazy there! Lolololol. But at least I go.

Sunday and Wednesday mornings - 60 minutes with my personal trainer.

Tuesday and Thursday evenings - kickboxing

Saturday mornings (weather permitting) - between 5 and 10 mile run.

And I try to sneak a 3 - 5 mile run somewhere during the week.

I haven't been to a gym in years.
But I do exercise at least an hour 5x week - outdoors.

If I cut that down, I feel it, mentally and physically.

My gym membership's on hold until March so I can spend more time building my business, but I will be going (and had been going until I paused my membership) 3 times a week. I do weight training and do pushing muscles, pulling muscles and then legs whilst doing abs every workout. Strengthen your core, you strengthen your whole body.

    Not often enough.

Used to go several time a week, I hardly see any of my muscle grow bigger so I decided not to go any more.

Guess what I managed to grow bigger and faster.

My stomach by the way. LOL

May as well post it here be happy , be well and make that money,

      1. Drink Enough Water , set your alarm so 1 glass an hour is guaranteed
      2. Eat one cooling meal per day, try a salad to refresh and cool you, supporting your digestion and making for quicker elimination and a healthier more relaxed gut.
      3. Take ten deep breaths between each task, apprehension and concentration often makes our breathing more shallow or even briefly cease , just ten deep breaths can benefit all the systems of the body and allow a more oxygenated you to settle on the task.
      4. Before going to sleep, even while you are in bed, make a short list of 10 goals you are working on to make a reality. Then release and go to sleep. This will take some pressure off the working brain while the subconscious can still processes your wants and wishes while you sleep.
      5. Shut your eyes and observe silence for 10 minutes, try this every hour or two if you are very stressed. The body can forget its natural action/rest rhythm working hard online. Remind your mental drive that it is not a machine and human after-all, relax. Do this consistently and the tension you feel will melt away.
      6. Walk For 30 minutes , if you can in nature, this will recharge what you use, its not only your computer battery that you have to think about. The best time to do this is in the morning sunlight, before 11am.
      7. Shut your eyes and move them around pleasurably, this will help activate more of those thought processes by allowing you to feel into more of your brain. This simple exercise will also strengthen the nerves in the neck and improve the muscle tone in your face. Also it will of course improve your vision.
      8. Again with your eyes, focus on objects near and far, hold your hand close to your face and focus on it then look out of a window and focus on an object far in the distance. Now look back at your hand and repeat a few times. This will prevent the eyes from being strained and overworking. You can work much longer with stronger vision if you do this, help relax the muscles that support the eyes.
      9. Look to foods that are recommended for brain health. If you subscribe to the idea that you are what you eat, why not take it to the next level and see how much you can support your brain function with food and supplementation, you may even dramatically improve in your performance online and realise even more potential that you have stored up in the healthier you.
      10. I hope you have enjoyed reading these tips, all of these suggestions work together to help create a happier more productive you. So this is my last tip, use them together every day and you will benefit greatly. You may be nodding and saying yes I do anyway, but really check yourself and see how many of the ten you regularly use. Look at these tips as keys to keep the stress free you unlocked and be sure you have all ten keys to hand at all times.

Really. Where is the evidence that drinking so much water is important? We need to stay hydrated, but the sense of thirst kind of takes care of that for most people.

I have never set foot in a gym in my life (aside from when I was forced to during my school years) nor would I ever consider it. Not only do I despise exercise and find it ridiculously boring, I hardly think that it's flattering or evolved to herd people under one roof for the sole purpose of sweating near one another. Just my two cents, to each his own.

Ehh, yepp, it sounds like you've never set foot in a gym. It's also not a bunch of people herded together, sweating next to each other...that'd be a sauna.

I was into bodybuilding for a few years. I went from 115lbs at 5'8 to 180 when I bulked and 165 after a cut. Nowadays, i don't have the motivation to go to the gym anymore even though i tell myslef everyday that i should start lifting again. Back then i would lift 5 times every week for 1:30 minutes. Now, I only go about once every week.

I have lost 15 lbs, and have lost alot of mass.

Up to about two months ago, 3x week for an hour, right before heading into the office. Lately, one a week for hula dance class! I try to get outside during the weekend for 2-4 hours of hiking, and I'll be trying to bike to work before it gets too cold.

    Hi Guys

I workout for about forty five minutes 4 times a week.

I have been doing this for the last 35 years.

It is a way of life to me.

It is not how long you spend in the gym but the amount of stimulation your muscles get

Do not over train your muscles.

    Get plenty of rest.

The reason that most people do not make gains in the gym is that they do not eat enough.

Feed your muscles about six times a day with god nutritious food that is high in protein.
