Someone wants to invest on my websites plans? Suggestion on Shares?

Hi everyone please help me to decide...

I am an SEO link builder for almost 2 years. I am the person who just work with a low salary as a link builder and just satisfied on it just to live. Since I lost my inspirations to work hard. But I realized that I am now getting older.. I'm turning 24 y/o this coming December and I wanted to apply all the things I learned how to have a successful website.

But the problem i don't have savings since i lost it by socializing and gambling. Thankfully, I am now saved because I help myself to get out of playing cards.

So I have now this plans. About having three websites.

I have a friend who can create php website (he will ask for a low price but he insits to be part of the revenue shares of these websites ) How much shares i can give to him? if he will also maintain it??

2 investors who will help me on daily expenses/monthly cost of the website but they will also help me on SEOing if I will give them a task/ so they will also learn how link building works and they can also understand the SEO process. (investing and learning seo) How much shares?

Please help me.. I don't know how I can distribute the sharings.

I am sure Webmasters or people hanging around here is the best way to ask this questions.
