Hey guys,

As an internet marketer, I'm sure most of you spend the whole day sitting in front of your computer. And like me, I'm sure that you know that you need exercise to keep in shape and stay healthy.

I'm going to share the program I use to keep myself fit, it's free, it's a home workout and I definitely NOT the owner nor affiliate of this site. Just wanna share stuff that useful for me.

The site is:
http://www.sixpackfactory.com/ - A lot of good home exercise videos here, you can also subscribe to their youtube channel.

http://www.6weeksixpack.com - The program called 6 week 6 pack, you can subscribe here:
free to join and has very good exercise at home program.

Once again, no affiliate links present here

I thought I was a bit fatty (skinny fat) so my focus was to lose some weight and rebuilding my shape before adding some muscles, I lost about 5 kg using the program. Not bad at all.

Come on get up from your chair and start exercise, you will feel good, guaranteed!

I've already got ripped abs. But I sure would love to find a six pack walking around somewhere. If it has buns of steel, all the better.

  • yeah now that I am over 40 the six pack is gone and I can lose fat everywhere except on my guy. I have always been a hard gainer and I work out but with age the belly fat has become very difficult to get rid of. I recommend burpies. they kick a$$

As an internet tech, once I started working at Hostwinds I immediately began losing definition, because I found that I didn't have enough time for longboarding and other exercises that just come naturally. I usually don't even have time to stand up for long periods anymore
However, I have a sports jumprope that I'm going to start bringing out every day, before I became interested in other endeavors, I used to jumprope for 30 mins to an hour every day and the results were phenomenal. It's just about the most convenient and beneficial workout I've ever done - exercising your core, increasing bone density, and improving definition. You should definitely give it a try!

You guys should really look into body by science. Body by Science: A Research Based Program to Get...Body by Science: A Research Based Program to Get... I used to be one of those guys that worked out maybe 4-5 hours a week and thought I was getting good results until I tried this once a week program. I started seeing MORE results in about 18 mins a week than I was seeing putting in 4-5 hours! All the physiology is explained in the book and why it works. It's a great thing for people who want to stay in shape but also want to keep their life/are too busy to give too much time to fitness.

No aff links btw, just pure info.

I walk out and pick up the mail Monday thru Friday (excluding Sundays and holidays) That and walking to the bathroom gives me more than 12 miles a year. I did the math. Don't want to push it...

Honestly, I don't have an exercise program, etc... I just walk with my dog every morning, eat what I want and what my body needs, make sure i get enough rest.... that's it.. I stay healthy and fit with that.

Same here. Only thing I do is play basketball - not to stay fit, but because I like to and it seems to be doing the trick!

Counting calories and hitting the gym religiously? Nahh, not for me.

I agree. I've got loads of stuff to count, site views, ranking, and so on. Unfortunately, my daily calorie intake is not included. I'm not saying that they are not important.. I just don't have enough time to focus on that right now... I still can stay fit for as long as I'm not abusing my body and giving it the right nutrition...
