:confused:Hi Everyone, I am a newbie to forums and not sure how to post or what is allowed so please be gently if I make a complete mess of things. I have followed the forum for some time as a guest and like most have bought just about all the WSO's. I decided to register because I would like help in a project. I sent a message to admin but have had no reply so I thought you guys may be able to tell me what to do. I am trying to raise funds on a crowdfunding site for a project that will affect most of us in one way or another. Can someone please advise if I can put the project link here and ask for donations.

Thank you

Aureus - you are in the WF bar, where we come to get rowdy. Please check your firearms at the door. On top of each of the forums you will find stickies that will give you the rules for each particular forum. There is a classified forum, there is also your sig file - but make sure that the only websites in your sig are your own sites and not affiliate sites.

Then you have to buy a round of drinks for the house and give everyone a cookie. That's a very important rule - don't come here new without cookies.

    Good luck on your venture.

HeySal, thanks for your reply. Sorry to sound like a wimp but I am confused. I have no idea what a sig file is and the site I am asking about is hosted on the crowdfunding platform so would that be classed as an affiliate site. And how do I buy drinks and give everyone a cookie.

    Hi Aureus,
Confusing isn't it? My humble OPINION is that crowdfunding will be considered an affiliate link. Your "sig" file is what shows up below your posts. It's called a signature file. It's great advertising considering the amount of people who visit the forum! If you land a willing, active, and established partner the small investment is more than worth it.. Good luck.

      Hi donsdeals,

Thanks for the reply. I had a feeling that would be the case so I won't bother going any further. Thanks also for explaining the sig file.
      Kind regards.
