Over worked, under paid. How to prove it?

I work as a web editor for a small, regional site and am only paid for 20 hours of work per week. The actual amount of work I do is closer to 35 hours. Every time I bring it up to the boss and show her the hours I have logged on a spreadsheet, she simply replies "You'll just have to work smarter". Is there some way to get a comparable job description from a reliable work site that shows how many hours I should be paid?

Hi there, I feel your pain. I used to work like that. On Monster they have job rate calculators to see median pay for job and city.
    Hope that helps, Shane

Outsource your job to Indians and actually do nothing at all. You won't make as much, but you'll have free time to work at another job.
Try to get something similar that you can outsource again.
Do this for 3-4 jobs, and when they complain about the quality, simply tell them how you're having to work 3 jobs to stay afloat thanks to the economy and their shitty wages... Then go and sip something from a coconut.
