A Happy Thanks Giving Stretch Break
I hope you are not working on Thanks Giving, and that you are spending at least the afternoon/evening with those that you care about. But if you are working, before, after or during this time, why not take a stretch break? Why not take a stretch break anyway? Stretch at your own risk, but I think that most individuals would agree that stretching can usually be done quite safely. Happy Thanks Giving!!!!
