Anyone who know about some good porn blocking softwares for Windows7?

I'm giving my little sister who is 8 years old a laptop for Christmas, and I don't want her to access adult content.

    Hi Jimmy, there's a number of options available both paid and free to protect people from all kinds of negative stuff like adult content, gambling etc.
    Net Nanny is probably the best paid option but the best free option I know of is called K9 K9 Web Protection - Free Internet Filter and Parental Control Software | Free Internet Filtering and Parental Controls Software

    You could set up OpenDNS on her laptop and screen content from there. When she's older, she wouldn't even know what's wrong.

    I hear Net Nanny is really good, and it's compatible with Windows 7. I wouldn't bother with anything free. The best quality stuff usually costs money

      I understand what you're saying and whilst that is normally true in this case it simply isn't. K9 is an excellent piece of software which never fails and doesn't really slow down the browsing unlike net nanny. I have tried both and actually far prefer the free K9.
