Default But will I be wasting my time?

I have just seen the most apalling post about approaching business people in their own environment that I could ever dread to see.

Internet marketers are starting to realise that there is a whole new world to exploit - and they are trying to tell people how to do it from a depth of ignorance that defies measure.

This one post, if it ever got to be accepted as a standard, would create a whole world of pain and disillusion for just about everybody who tried to employ the tactics it promoted.

I will be starting a membership soon where I will be posting solid training material and answering questions on the way that the real world works. I don't do b.s. and I don't read an ebook and spray the contents all over as though I was spreading manna from heaven, I speak from years of experience and from a traditional standpoint where only methods that work are taught.

This is a continuation of the training I offer offline and it occurs to me that there is a great need for it on line - I have to ask, though, because of what I see in these boards, will I be wasting my time to offer it to internet marketers?

You might not like what I say - but I believe it.
Build it, make money, then build some more
Some old school smarts would help - and here's to Rob Toth for his help. Bloody good stuff, even the freebies!

Why would it be a waste of time?

You know the market for your product exists and is actively buying.

All you need to do is effectively position yourself in front of them.

Perhaps set your self apart from the rest by selling yourself from
experience instead of theory like most others are doing right now.

Think of it this way, If I were interested in the "offline gold" I would
want to learn from someone who had actually been there and done it.

I agree w/Paul - if you can represent that you've been successful in the offline market you have a great deal of value to present online. Everyone's trying to break into the online-> offline niche but few have the skill set to pull it off.
