How Far Would You Walk

You have a map. It has X marks the spot every 10th of a mile where you can find $1. You have to walk. For as far as you walk continuously with 10 minute rest breaks when needed you can keep on picking up $10 a mile. The walk only ends when you quit.

You can sleep 8 hours out of 24 when needed. (Making up rules as needed)

How far would you walk?

I just might walk across the US and back. I walk five miles nearly every day. I can walk one mile in 18 minutes. That's about $33 an hour or $528 for 16 hours of walking a day. Not great but not too shabby either, especially with all the exercise. Hell, Forest Gump ran all over creation for nothing.

      Lol............

The best part of that movie is when Forest dove off the side of that shrimp boat & the boat crashed.

That's $10 a mile, and the average person walks about 2.5 mph, so basically you'd earn $25 an hour for walking. I'd outsource someone to walk for me.

Just when you think you've got it all figured out, someone changes the rules.

That must be some big map.

But shovels and goldrush. I'd just print copies of the map and sell those. Nothing against exercise, but I prefer to walk for pleasure.
