Can I get your opinion on this Video.....

It's a little "blinky" - No?

I enjoyed the backing track but I would check the effect on epileptics if I were you. Certainly, if my mother was alive and tried to watch this she would probably have had a seisure - and no, I am not being facetious.

This sort of rapid action presentation appears to be becoming more popular but I really think that a little more care should be taken with the frequencies that are used for them. I think this one is particularly nasty because many of the flashes are only a little over the length of some 'subliminal' frame insertion video techniques.

Definitely 'blinky'.

Maybe it's just that I'm 'thick', but I was thinking what am I registering for? The message wasn't all that clear to me, and I've been in IM for a couple years, so I understand why you made the video, but people who haven't a clue about it might not know what it is you are trying to accomplish.

And it kind of lost my attention near the 20 second mark. I began to wonder why I was watching it (other than that you asked me to in your post, of course.)

Other than that, and the above reply from Art, it's not a bad video. Good editing job! Must've taken quite a bit of time.

I wanted to add also, I would've preferred to see a person sitting in front of the camera talking to me, telling me what it is and what you want me to do. That would be more effective on me than music and text. Might be the same for a lot of other people, too. Plus, I appreciate seeing who I'm doing business with.

Terrible. And that is not be a killjoy, but honestly it is pretty awful.

Firstly, what does it 'mean'? I saw a domain name, and lots of well-known products... I was not tempted to find out more.

Secondly, graphically, and from a pro video marketing perspective, it looked bad. It looked like a compilation of different random things pasted together, without thought for aesthetics.

Also, I agree with the point about epileptics.

And, I would class this as a teaser or promo. A teaser or promo is supposed to advertise a site and make you WANT to click on it. I did not get that feeling.

there was no sense of cohesion. If they WANTED a slightly abstract, wierd, and desireable effect it could easily have been achieved in After Effects.

To the OP:- If this is your video, I am sorry for slagging it off, but I honestly do not think that it serves a good purpose. Please PM me, and I can show you a sample of something that I feel would suit the purpose.
