Default Why DO YOU Keep Nuking My Thread?

To the person who keeps nuking my thread, I posted a FREE No Opt-In One-Of-A-Kind Audio course that helps people build relationships offline.

Everyone should have access to this FREE information. . . I am sure you the nuker downloaded it. . . I am taking it offline in 24 hours. THAT is why I offered it here for free, WITH resell rights.

Andrew

Anybody want this cool course? PM ME, and I will send you the link.

Just to let you know...one person cannot nuke a thread - it takes several members to report a post for it to get removed (there's a formula that's weighted to the number of posts one has).

I have not seen the thread you are referring to so I am not commenting in any way as to its appropriateness...just letting you know how the Report Post feature works here.

If it has been nuked more than once, just leave it alone.

Anyone else giving away something like that with resale rights has to pay $20 to do so

If it was just a guide without rights...it probably would have been left alone.

Andrew,

ptone is correct, no one person can nuke your threads.

However, if enough Warriors feel you are overly self-promotional your threads can get nuked.

Here's a tip...anyone who makes a post like the one you just did should be aware that you are on someones radar.

Personally from my point of view, you represent the current "self-promo King" here. That's not a bad thing from a marketing standpoint, but if every new enthusiast here kept bumping the other threads to page 2 in the quest for more 'prime time' this forum would be diminished in value.

I get it that you're excited about what you do. I'm excited for you.

How about getting excited for us and keeping your contributions to something we can use that isn't all about 'you' and 'your' methods.

I have NO power here, I'm just a voice in cyberspace like you. But I do relish the value and knowledge this forum provides and dislike opportunists who see this forum as a place to 'make a name for themselves' and use it as their primary source for marketing themselves.

Of course I'm NOT saying you are doing any of that, you are the one that brought the subject up about your thread getting nuked. Just some food for thought from a nobody...

Perhaps the next time you make a post here you might consider the community here is a diverse audience that can see through self promotion better than most venues and conduct yourself appropriately.

I hope this doesn't sound harsh, I'm not trying to be rude, I'm just trying to answer your question in a way that will be helpful in the future.

Much success,

KJ

One thing.... I am NOT new to IM... Since 1996.

I have been consulting with companies, and because I am going blind, I decided to do something for me.

As for self promotion. .
I write articles that are filled with info. I happen to type very fast, (So what if I can post quickly? AND do my work at the same time) and I do believe that, (Are you American?) In America, there is freedom of speech. . . True? MY FREE audio course is nothing about self promo. I actually care if people succeed, and I believe in arming people with the tools that they require.

It was never meant to be self promo... It was meant to help. I am taking it offline, because I will be selling it with another course I am working on.

I am not looking for prime time. This a discussion forum, AND I am discussing topics with other members. Is there a problem with that? Or maybe you would like to gag me and keep me in a corner?

Freedom of speech does not apply here. Many people like to misconstrue what freedom of speech really means to suit their desires.

Here's the First Amendment:
Quote:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
The Warrior Forum can make any rules it wants that prohibits speech...Congress cannot.

The First Amendment does not declare that people can't control what's said in their own premises, as private individuals. You're a guest here, and you have exactly as much freedom as Allen or his designated agents ("moderators") wish to allow you. You have no right to more than that.

If you doubt the accuracy of that statement, talk to an attorney. He or she will set you straight, real fast.

Step off the soapbox about your rights and start thinking about what it means that you've gotten the same thread nuked multiple times. Learn, don't come in here and start expecting the rest of us to adjust to your desires.

That ain't how it works.

First off, this is someone else's forum, so freedom of speech depends upon the owner's rules, not yours.

Secondly, marketing to the members here free or paid is considered self promotion. This is why your thread kept getting deleted.

Lastly, there is an unwritten rule here - people give to the forum in the manner of content or help whether it be about Internet Marketing tactics, strategies, SEO, webmaster stuff, etc ...

In other words, you give, you get!

You being fairly new to the forum tells me you haven't had much time to give to the forum which also may complicate things for you at the moment. You should at least allow the forum members to get to know you. When you do so, they are more eager to engage you instead of deleting.

At the moment, threads like this one isn't going to do you justice in the end. Your rebuttle will only show the members here things about your character that I don't believe you really want to reveal. That's a big turnoff because it can get misconstrewed as you only caring about yourself and your products.

I don't have to gag you, you used "I" fifteen times in your reply to me. That speaks volumes. Only a novice or a neophite could confuse your banter with productive discourse.

People like you come and go here like spores in the wind. You, you, you. So what. The difference between people that contribute to this forum and people like you is longevity.

I'm not your enemy, in fact, I don't even know the post you were referring to. I was just answering your question.

YOUR FREE audio course, in capital letters...Please.

You think the folks here are just a bunch of buffoons?

Do us all a favor and take it off line. At least off this forum. I could say more, but since you pulled the 'pitty card' I'll limit myself to these remarks.

Pity card? NOPE I pity no one not myself. I was MAKING A POINT. That I, with limited vision achieved something that most people cannot do. . .

I never called anyone a buffoon. . . I am not like that. On the other hand. . . you thought it, DO YOU think people are this way? Novice? If you only knew...

As for I, YES, I love myself VERY MUCH. Yes, it IS a FREE AUDIO course, why don't you download it and see? It has created MILLIONS of dollars in sales. YOU don't believe? Then grab it and see why.

Don't Like the "I" do you...? I am FULLY well aware of posts I make and topics I create. EVERYTHING, has a reason. This is NOT a salesletter... So why use YOU?

If you must know, I joined this forum in 97. . .

A winner says, "Let's find out, A loser says, "I Don't Know." If you had of taken the time to listen to my course... YOU would soon see how sincere and Genuine I am. The problem is. . . YOU ARE judgemental.

Here is one last thing, BECAUSE the Borg are on.. and I LOVE THE BORG.

You need to look before you leap. . .

Andrew,

I didn't get to see your latest threads, but if they were anything like
your self promotion overkill in your "subliminal marketing" thread am
not surprised.

In that thread, I for one repeatedly warned you about self promotion to
which you ignored and continued.

Save yourself the time and frustration in future and leave the promotion
at the door.

Yup, exactly! So ... why aren't you taking your own advice then?

Oh that's right, you have your mind on getting your FREE AUDIO course out and seen/heard.

Seems to me, the more you comment, the more it looks like you are here for one thing, and one thing only - to serve yourself.

Andrew,

You can dress it up anyway you like. You're nothing more than a opportunist who sees this forum as a place to harvest dollars.

The difference between the contributions a person like you makes, and the contributions that so many valued posters here make is vast.

I'm sorry for you that you can't see or understand the difference. I would suggest that time will allow you to see this, but judging from your current remarks it appears life has taught you very little.

Again, that doesn't make me your enemy, but it does put you squarely on my radar of people who have little regard for this forum.

This is my second post. I am a newbie to te Forum. This Forum is nothing short of famous. And I would like to learn and become a part of this community.

My first post was a request for advice and help. I have only read the quoted portions in this thread to understand the original post. So, I do not know the gentleman who posted or any of you who have responded.

Just as a reader, fly on the wall I must confess that now i am a bit jittery that my enthusiasm about something, a free offer, or using the word I too much, will all get my posts nuked and invite criticism.

I am very open-minded and admit I don't get it as far as the acceptable protocol. It has to be a lack of experience and knowledge on my part I know.

I don't think, the request for some explanation about why the post was nuked was out-of-order. I guess I could identify and think I might have asked the same question.

I am not taking sides. I am just pointing out that a sincere request for futher explanation isn't in itself uncalled for,

I appreciate the replies given. But, i still don't get what is wrong with oferring something Free which may be helpful.

I am not new to IM but I am apparently missing something very important about etiquette maybe.

Any clarification would be ost welcome

So here's the thing. I read posts... People are studied and personalities analyzed. This post was created with ONE sole intention.

You see, before it was even posted, I totally had it figured out, who would post. (MOST ANYWAY)

Even down to my responses to messages, and who was replied to. The more heated the debate became, THE MORE PEOPLE BECAME INVOLVED. Why? Because JUST LIKE SEX SELLS, so does people having a heated discussion. By nature, people are. . . Well. . . Everyone is a little twisted. DRAWN to controversy. LIKE Moths to a flame. . .

So, most people just jumped in AFTER the initial few posts. THANKS for participating in my study. It's all part of my site and how to control people's actions, IN THIS CASE. . . Well, you understand now, right?

You see, it works. Sorry, guys, NO MORE REPLIES FROM ME ON THIS THREAD, so go ahead and waste your energy. My quick little study is now concluded.

No, I am not a bad person. Human nature amazes me. Don't feel bad. . . You had no idea that the person typing these emails studies human nature in a rather hard-core fashion.

Oh... and my first thread, was posted KNOWING it would be nuked. . . I totally KNOW that most people DO NOT believe in FREE. There is a free course though, I had to have something ready. . . Don't want to be called a liar.

HAVE A GREAT NIGHT, NOW that I have concluded my final report. . . It's TV TIME!

IF what you just posted here is true...You should be banned.

So, you knowingly broke the rules...then played dumb?

You see, before it was even posted, I totally had it figured out, who would post. (MOST ANYWAY)

Even down to my responses to messages, and who was replied to. The more heated the debate became, THE MORE PEOPLE BECAME INVOLVED. Why? Because JUST LIKE SEX SELLS, so does people having a heated discussion. By nature, people are. . . Well. . . Everyone is a little twisted. DRAWN to controversy. LIKE Moths to a flame. . .

If that's the story you want to go along with then fine, you should be
banned IMO.

Anyone with half a brain would know that breaking the rules repeatedly
and posting about how unfair the consequences are would result in the
reaction you received. There's nothing smart about it, so stop kidding
yourself.

That's like me walking out on the street and smashing a car window,
then predicting I would be arrested for it.
