As someone that has been in business for a while, and who has been debt free and LOVING it... make sure you ONLY buy it with cash!

It's cheaper - and, if you lose everything - or, if Google changes something, and you make 'less', then it wouldn't matter!

Since going 'cash-only' not only have my purchases become 'cheaper' (because I'm not paying interest) but I've been able to negotiate lower prices on ANYTHING.

Cash is king. That is a beautiful home --- print it out and keep it on top of your computer and make sure you PLAN your goal!

Well I'm working on an info product, it's like a home study course on a topic I happen to know a lot about. Marketed toward a industry group that typically has money. So I'm hoping to charge about 2000 per sale. They would get a course with 2 binders, and about 500 pages total of material. I have about a week still until the course is done, but it's getting closer. And the website all done. I just got to upgrade my paypal account to a business account and then I could launch. So I'm hoping by mid january or something. I figure I'll offer a 50% affiliate program to try and attract quality affiliates. Then hopefully if I can convert perahps 1 out of 500 I'd need 1500 daily traffic to make the 3000 assuming it's all affiliate traffic.

It will definitely take time to grab those, but given the right attitude and mentality, along with hard work and sufficient knowledge, and a little dab of luck, you could get this before 2014 comes. Well I'm making good progress on my course. I got 76 pages done today. What I was planning on dong was having it as 2 binders. Each containing 250 pages. That way the user gets more info. The more info the less likely of a refund. I just hope it sells though.

It's great that your focused on your goals for 2013. This is the time of the year when I take out my notepad and spend hours writing up a my 'SMART' Goals. Details of what I want, time period, how I'm going to attain them and write them down so that I can view them everyday. Photos of cars, properties etc are excellent for visualizing goals.

The other thing is when you achieve those goals, the best part is showing the doubters up. The expression on their faces are priceless when you succeed.

depending on where you live, it wouldn't take 3k a day.. it could be a bit closer to reality then you think.

the porsche suv? $750/month?
the house? here in Ohio

looks like 1.5 million or so... maybe less. My brother's house looks around the same size, and it was 750k. If 1.5 million, 8-10k a month mortgage.

the car is easy.. the mortgage would probably require an income of 30k-40k a month to qualify. if 750k, 20k a month.
