I first heard about this on Kim Komando's radio program Saturday afternoon, then read more about it Sunday afternoon.

Surely someone could use this to get out their rut! As Master Kung told us eons ago: "If something is not working, stop doing it and replace it with something that will."

DUH! When I was a kid, and heard teachers were at least SUPPOSED to make lesson plans, I immediately saw a lot of unnecessary work and waste. It didn't immediately click, but this ALSO accounts for the differences in curriculums, etc....
