Why did we drop the ball on THIS?

    It makes sense, but a lot of the people making these claims(I'm NOT saying lennon was this way) WERE the problem. And THOSE are they people that are NOW in power! In fact, what lennon is saying is what the current US government wants people to think.

    The word PEACE in the US was often mentioned by those fighting for anything BUT! You CAN'T just act peaceful, or ask for peace, you have to take some risk and create a life around it. In a way, the Christmas truce in 1914 was better than a lot of stuff in the 60s. Or the open communes that try to be self sustaining are better. That is a LOT better than flashing the peace sign and saying a word that on it's face really IS rather meaningless.
