I personally use Hostgator, but have heard that if you get too much traffic, and it is a shared server, then they will pull the plug before sorting it out.

Bluehost doesn't pull the plug and tends to talk first, or pulls the plug if they can't get back to you in a reasonable time period.

But if you subscribe to a dedicated server on Hostgator, which is up to $250 a month, then there is no issues!

Hostgator on the cheaper plans, have a crappy website auto-responder, that continually brakes down, but support is top notch!

More expensive plans would most likely get rid of this problem, but it's best to tell your clients to get an auto-responder instead!

As for me I'd recommend you to try hosting from readymakers.
They have provided their services in a quality manner with high uptime taking into account the needs of all their customers.

      2) Is all the necessary software are pre installed ? Like Belling soft Or Whmcs ? or any other soft and they need extra cost ?

If you are just starting out a reseller plan is the way to go. Worry about upgrading to a server or a VPS down the road when you have a lot of accounts.
