Default A quick apology

As you know, the economy has hurt a lot of people.

The situation I am coming out of is too embarrassing to even mention.

Luckily, all the work I had to do for people was completed right before I lost everything...

This is what I learned through my ordeal:

1. People out there are pissed off!
2. Regular families are losing everything they own.
3. No one helps them
4. They can't find any real information to avoid foreclosures
6. They are desperate!

While I am just limping along finally . . maybe one of you can create a product to help all of these desperate people.

"They can't find any real information to avoid foreclosures"

Ask for the orginal contract to be presented before a court of law

It has probably been sold as a credit derivative. If so.The bank has no grounds for foreclosure...I am not a lawyer. Yet I understand that without "the contact" as agreed
if "sold on" the bank may not proceed with its claim as it is the property of a third party with whom no contract exsist with the original agreement, Google keywords for more precise info. Greymatrixx

I buy houses facing foreclosure in selected markets. We then offer the owners a partnership in restoring the houses for resale while they also pay rent until it sells. This saves their credit rating, and everyone wins. Funding sources are usually available from other neighborhood homeowners and businesses wanting to preserve their own equity.

If you identify step 5, maybe you could put it in an ebook and sell it.
