How's this for a IM horror story...Yet, still thankful!

Hey good people,

I'm not looking for advice or suggestions on this one...Just venting! But, I've had a pretty good, extremely profitable ebay account for 2 years. In fact, it's become one of my favorite IM methods of earning income along with others. But, as of recent(48hrs ago) paypal has shut down my account via Ebay because of me doing the "right thing".

I had my own little piece of the high end electronics pie on Ebay and I was happier than a kid on Christmas to do thousands per day, literally. If you go to ebay and look for my profile...It's totally gone...Poof, vanished! (Ebay account name: pmginc) Anyway, I refunded a total of $10,800 bucks to every single person who had placed an order with me. It wasn't until my supplier simply fell threw and said he would be delayed by a week or so. Figuring that I stated in my product description they will get their unit(phone) in 3-5 days once payment is confirmed. I simply refunded all of them because of the fact I was looking at a max of 10 days to ship folks their stuff....Yeah right! If you're on Ebay then you know people are people and will slam the heck out of you if you fault on 1 little thing. Yes, I'm big on reputation, so I care not to hear about letting people wait. Well, I'm shut down via ebay(for the moment) and my account isn't even on the radar...I'm ticked beyond believe and the crazy part is... They keep giving me the same cookie cutter response every time I call...Deeeeep breath...Well, I'm going to vent some more and go run my friends....thanks for reading.
