Microsoft Silverlight doesn't work on any internet browser on my mac

Hey Warriors,

I'm looking to trade foreign currency through questrade and their platform requires the Silverlight plug-in. I've tried Safari, Chrome and FireFox and ensured everything is updated on my system software wise. None of the browsers load the platform properly. Silverlight is indeed mounted on my desktop and I can't figure out what else is wrong. If anyone can tell me what I'm doing wrong that'd be great!

    I assume you downloaded the one for Mac. The only other problems I can think of is if your anti-virus blocked something. I often see blurbs where you might have to temporarily turn off your anti-virus noted to properly download things. Obviously, though, only from places where you trust.

    By the way, I have no tech ability and hope I am not just stating things you already know.
