Please ignore this post if you are not concerned by it, but I thought I had a responsibility to share this here for those I am unable to reach.

My hard drive melt down this morning and I lost ALL archived e-mails and data that was on my work laptop. Design AND personal projects are always kept archived on 2 separate backup storage systems (hard copy and external hard drive) BUT I have no way to keep track of all orders that came in through the online form that are yet to be completed.

If you have submitted a design request and have not received your files, please drop me a line either through the support system of one of my websites, PM, or directly by e-mail and I will work with you to get your project out ASAP starting Monday.

For the week-end, I will be concentrating my efforts on moving everything to a more efficient support desk system for smoother communication and projects delivery in the future.

    I've been paying you $47 for your butterflyjelly minisite design for a few months now but never placed an order.

    I've sent you emails in the past 2 days asking about this but haven't heard from you so I'm trying to get a hold of you here - please let me know how I can place my design orders (I can't login to butterflyjelly as my subscription has canceled). My paypal is sales@gurucs.com and you can see 8 subscription payments I've sent you since 9/10/2008.

    Maybe I can just email with the information you need?

    Leane and Steve:

    I have installed a Support Desk at MonStar Media Concierge (please bookmark) for you to submit your project details. File a ticket under eCoverClinique.com which is the new domain under which I am relaunching my business to go along with my copywriting services.

    Since I switched servers last summer everything went downhill as it seems my "new" dedicated server is infected and acts as a "zombie" which gets me blocked from more and more hosts every month - and my hosting company is of absolutely no assistance.

    Result: More and more of my e-mails have become undeliverable and lots of lost communication I can't even track.

    I believe this support ticket system is a good move in the right direction as it allows to easily keep track of project details, changes, as well as share files as attachments and finally, upload the whole completed set when complete.

    Once again, sorry for all the trouble.
    Looking forward to sailing a calmer ocean from now on.

    Steve; The usual, title/subtitle, samples if you can include them, any preferences or elements you'd like to see in the design. The more details you provide, the more I can match your needs acurately.
