      I mean slang, acronyms that replace everyday speech, words replaced by single letters or numbers, entire words shorted by three letters (eg, thx), cultural references to famous people I don't know and don't want to know, acronyms for slang (that might need to be translated in and of itself), etc.

        I think you mean "textspeak"?

        You don't need an interpreter for that: you just need to ignore all of it completely. People who write like that have nothing of any relevance, significance or import to say at all and are not worthy of your time. When people write "4u" instead of "for you", you should simply give them as wide a berth as possible. No good can come from attempting to interact with them, and whatever they said isn't worth translating.
