      travlinguy,

      I second that...

What would be on the Vatican cafeteria menu every Monday?

      Paul's favorite sandwich....

      Reuben - hold the pickle

In July 1991, after deciding to take a few years' sabbatical from Pee-wee, Reubens was arrested for indecent exposure in an adult theater in Sarasota, Florida.

Unfortunately, he's deceased, as of 1985. But that shouldn't disqualify him.

      What's a Pope?

Okay, I jest! My point is that it really doesn't matter to me at all one way or another.

"Popery" should be banned as the FAKE that it is along with the other false teachings of that particular organization.

Therefore I nominate God, "Don't ever call anyone else 'Father' ", to get in there and give the people THE WHOLE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH.

I can think of a few people in our executive branch I'd like to see get it. I'm not Catholic - so that way I wouldn't have to deal with them anymore.

Here's a serious question though - has there ever been a Pope who was de-seated, or de-throned or whatever the Catholic terminology for the position is.

I think defrocked is the correct word. I don't know if there was ever a pope who was defrocked, but I just like saying that word. Defrocked.

I believe the children are the ones who are deflowered, and not the clergy.

So if a pope is defrocked, does that mean that he no longer has the ability to frock?

On a more serious note, I nominate this guy for the next pope...

    Richard Dawkins.

I recall reading somewhere (can't remember where), that one bookie outfit had the odds of Dawkins becoming Pope at 666/1.

This is actually one of the biggest betting events ever. I was hoping to get some serious guesses here, especially whether anybody gets it right. The last pope did not have a successful reign. For one he was too old and probably out of touch. Also, the church sex scandals blew up on his face. But whoever is pope does matter. John Paul II played a major role in dismantling communism in Poland that in turn triggered the dismantling of communism in the Eastern bloc.

        Joe,

I would disagree.... Mentioning "Donald Trump" and "good finance" simply don't go together....

That is like mentioning "Charlie Sheen" and "celibate" in the same sentence...

When someone uses Bankruptcy as a "business strategy" over and over again, I see him as a manipulator of the system... not a "financial expert."

There are lots of very successful business owners who have never.... and will never attempt to "game the system." They actually have ethics...

They see they created the problems... They are responsible for fixing them.

I heard that while in conclave, they will have on the wall a big dry erase board of brackets, and a big-screen to watch the march madness games.

At least the pope didn't leave the same way Labron did.
