Hi guys,

I have been doing Internet Marketing for quite sometime and making some nice bucks online.

Since i work on computer all day, i feel tired when i go out.

I can't walk for 5 minutes, i can't play, i can't communicate with other people for long time

Basically, i feel tired all the time when i am outside my house and always think about getting back home and sleeping.

Is there anyone else feeling like me?

What can i do to get rid of this tiredness?

Get more exercise! I've worked for myself for 16 years sitting at this computer. When weather permits, I take the dog for a mile walk every day. Then later, again weather permitting, I ride my bike from 8 to 15 miles. I feel better now than I did 10 years ago -- less pain in the joints, more energy, it's all good.

Read this book (not an affiliate link): Amazon.com: Younger Next Year: Live Strong, Fit,...Amazon.com: Younger Next Year: Live Strong, Fit,... and you'll understand why regular exercise makes you feel better and gives you more energy.

Eating right is important too. I eat a lot of junk, admittedly, but since I read that book I have improved my diet some. It all helps, but there is not 5 minute solution. You have to want the improvement enough to do what it takes. The question is, do you want it enough?

With my nutritionist hat on I would be looking at what you eat and drink while you are working. It has a lot to do with energy. Cut out foods and drink that contain sugar. It might give you an initial boost but the after effects are tiredness. Also do you get enough sleep?

Working at a computer for long periods without a break can take its toll. You should take breaks to eat proper meals. Electomagnetic fields affect some people and make them tired.

As Dennis suggested exercise is important too. Walk briskly in the fresh air for 30 minutes a day.

      Hope you find a solution.

I would cut back on soda and sugar. While they do give you a short term burst of engery, The crash afterwords can make it worse.

I now drink about 90% water only and feel much better.

Well there's your problem, or at least a big factor in it. You need to change your attitude about exercise and eating right. You have to want the changes more than you want to stay the same. It comes down to your attitude, and you decide what that will be.

        Yeah

I have tried several times to change, but failed miserably and have always reverted to my present lifestyle.

        I can't escape from it !

          Everything I didn't do yesterday
Added to everything I haven't done today
Plus everything I won't do tomorrow
          Completely exhausts me.

Seriously though with an attitude of, "I can't escape from it!" Is it any wonder you're manifesting in your life the tiredness you feel all the time?

If you're not prepared to make good positive changes to your personal lifestyle, taking more care of yourself because you believe you're not able to do it - is it any wonder you're constantly stuck where you are feeling lethargic and worn out non-stop?

You want change, you want more energy, you've got to do something about it and this change? It can only come from within.

At the moment with your current attitude, you're simply feeding your own tiredness.

If you truly want on the other hand to be the change you desire, you need to get off your bloomin' backside and do something about it rather than coming in here whinging away moaning and bitching that you haven't got any energy.

Get some regular exercise and your body and mind will thank you for it.

Try spending some time in the sun. No sunscreen. Gives you Vitamin D and increases your melatonin for better sleep. Turn off the computer several hours before bed and all other lights in your bedroom to help with sound sleep.

Take a lot of short breaks then - get up, go outside, do a few stretches, quit eating peanuts and foods with peanuts in them and soy (iodine blockers) - keep a plate of veggies at your work station - cucumber slices, celery, tomatoe wedges, etc. Those will correct most imbalances in nutrients that can kill energy. It sounds like you are in a deep habit fix -- do something different for at least a little while every day - force it at least 3 days a week - be totally out of character.

To me it sounds like you have built a quite tight little comfort zone that you need to break loose of.

I think you know what you need to do: exercise and breaks. The problem is to actually do it. Try and find somehting that you enjoy doing - a sport or something - and the exercise will come much more naturally.

No, you don't have a strong will. You sit and think about exercising - but do nothing to get started.

If you need exercise (and you do) you have to get up out of the chair and go for a long, fast walk a couple times a day. That would be enough to raise your energy level and lead to more strenuous exercise.

I don't know what you expect others to do for you - it's your body and your health at risk. If you can't force yourself to stand up and move, no one can do it for you.

I had the same issue although I go to the gym 3 times a week I still felt tired all the time so I started to take the multi vitamin tablets and regardless what anyone thinks about these it worked for me. They are not a replacement for food or anything like that but good to add on to your diet imo.

I take one every morning now and apart from the usual morning tiredness the rest of the day I am fine.

I would start from a blood test if I was you, to rule out conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes and other malfunctions. Then I would look at your mind...are you likely to be depressed for some reason? And then of course the usual checks for healthy diet and exercise to keep your blood flowing at its best. In the case of a child tiredness, it can also be caused by tonsils/adenoids interfering in the sleep and not allowing an uninterrupted sleep.

Hey I was like you for several years up until just about a month ago.
I know what it's like pulling long hours on computer too.
I would wake up tired and go to bed tired.
I lost count how many times I have fallen asleep in front of the computer.
Walking is good but I was still tired, all the time.
I was beginning to thing I had chronic fatigue syndrome so I worked on changing my diet since I know I was not eating as best I could because I was always on the computer.
    I was still tired.
Turns out I had to go to the doctor for something unrelated.
I requested a blood test and since I was getting a needle anyways and hadn't been to the doctor in a long long time, the doc ordered a tonne of tests to check everything, even unrelated to why I was there in the first place.
Turns out I was low in B12.
That was all that was wrong with me and didn't have the infection I thought I did which was why I went to the doctor at all.
Doctor told me what to do and within one month, I feel fabulous again.
I am not tired All The Time anymore. I do eat right and one key for me not only hours of sleep but when I sleep.
Some people need 7, some people need 8 and I'm one of those.
I find that even when I am not feeling tired at the end of the day, I have a strict bed time that is far before midnight and a strict waking time.
If I go beyond my bed time I am dragging my butt the next day and don't feel the best I can if I were to be in bed earlier.
I am a morning person so this works great for me.
I find getting anywhere from 6-8 hours sleep is good. Sometimes I can manage on just 5 as long as it's not often.

Lastly a story I heard about years ago and I tried it. After work when in 9-5, I would come home, make guacamole, lay on the couch and proceed to munch down a bag of chips with the guac. before falling into a decent nap before dinner. I only ate chips made in good oil but did have salt. I would do this pretty much everyday after work Monday to Friday.
Then I heard a story that the Queen of England was reporting always being tired.
Apparently her naturopath recommended that she cut salt out of her diet and when she did, the Queen apparently wasn't as tired all the time anymore.
I decided to stop eating the chips everyday after work and I was not as tired anymore either.

Hope any of this may help. When in doubt, check with your doctor maybe.
