I doubt it. WHY would they be making fun of themselves? The idiots that put that up just have a stupid sense of humor. My favorite comment? "Truly inspiring. Excuse me, I have to go mop up now.". CLEARLY the poster considered it a waste of time, and moping was FAR more important. Perhaps THIS added to the mess she had to clean up.

And AUTOTUNED? NOPE! They had harmony, etc... I think one song that really shows this is:

Well since some people who know more about music than I ever will seem to think it's funny, I'll have to just take it that it's my lack of knowledge of the subject that has excluded me from the joke.

Now, if Lcombs is right about the lip sync, it at least makes sense to me and that would make it pretty funny in that context.

I liked the Beach Boys - they were a part of my youth and the beginnings of Rock.

I thought it was very funny. At first, I thought it was kind of dumb, but as it went on it was so dumb I found myself laughing. It's so anti-Beach Boys it's funny.

And, they did a great job with the dubs.

Okay, here was my take on it.

It seemed to me that these guys were making fun of The Beach Boys insinuating that they sucked and oh contraire!

Now, if you want to rip on someone like Justin Beiber, rip away! Have a ball baby, tear him up!

But the beach boys are an icon for their era. Leave them alone!! You don't rip on classics without making an a** of yourself. The group on the video, not you Jeff.

Just my (not so) humble opinion, haha!
