who do i contact to report a refund refusal?

i never received my purchase.(site)

this person has stopped responding to my e-mails. who do i report this to? thanks.

    If this is a WSO you and the seller have to resolve it. If he has stopped responding ,depending on how you paid, you might want to file a dispute with the company you paid with.

      If it was a WSO with a refund guarantee in the ad copy and you didn't get your refund, you can also report it to the Help Desk above. Make sure you give them proof of purchase and any emails or correspondence backing your side of the story. It is a rule that if a person posts a WSO here with a guarantee, and then fails to honor that guarantee, they aren't allowed to run the WSO. Not sure, but they may get banned, too.
