I pretty much have a full gym at home and I am very dedicated to a schedule. I used to do insanity and body beast but most of my experience comes from the military.

Right now I am training for the warrior dash. I can't wait.

        SandraLarkin,

Body Beast was an ok program. It will keep you on a schedule and give you the tools to eat right so that you can build some mass. Will you make massive gains? Umm well that's marketing. I would recommend it to someone that does not know the basic moves in a standard workout. I personally didn't really learn anything new from the program but it did make me stay on a schedule and push through to the end.

Overall though I would really only recommend to a beginner. Hopes this helps.

For a more serious answer - I go outside and exercise. I have a dog that likes to go walking, and during mild seasons I go to the mountains, deserts, etc and hunt rocks and gems.

When working on the computer I go outside for around 10 to 15 minutes every hour, weather permitting (anything but rain), and then I take longer breaks every couple of hours to do anything else but type and read.

Absolutely. I am 47 years old. I have to go just to prevent my body from deteriorating, but it's also something I enjoy. I belong to a 24 hour gym here in Florida so I usually try to go at times (3am etc.) when there is nobody else there. I am not antisocial, I just focus better when I am alone and I don't have to wait to use the machines.

I go to the gym and workout 5 days a week at 4:30am . I usually go to the sauna, run, lift free weights, and finish off my routine in the steam room. My main motivation is to stay healthy, have a fit body, and to be at an optimum level of performance during the day.

I just walk mostly - especially Sunday (day off), I walk up through the hills and across the nearby bridge which door to door round trip is about 4 miles - I also do shake weights a few times a week.

However, we do have a gym in my complex and I have started using it again - - just the treadmill (and w/do elliptical) because my doctor says I need to exercise every day for stress. He wasn't that impressed with my 4 mile walks on Sundays although he thinks I am in good shape.

Exercise does make you feel good - and any excuse to pull away from the computer is always a good thing for me - (eyes are always blood red)...

Keep up the good work, people! You will add years to your life by staying active (and the younger you start the better!)

My gym is in my spare room.

Professional treadmill, ab-lounge sport, iron gym, weights, you name it.

Even a gay yoga mat & resistance bands for the moments when you're feeling like a woman (ie: the wife) hahahahaha
