Hello members,

Recently I'd come across Outlook.com mail service. Its pretty good look with fascinating style.
I don't have such time to check all the feature. So please tell me more about it, if your are aware and using outlook.com mail service.

Lets have try something new even if your are satisfied with Gmail or other mail service providers.

Thanks

Let's see, you can't opt out of the messenger, you can only show yourself as "invisible". It takes forever to load because it's trying to sign you into messenger. Once you get to set yourself as invisible, someone you may have not wanted to know that you were online, now knows. And, EVERY TIME you sign in, you have to start all over again!!!

You finally get going, and want to type an email. Well, now it drags even more because it thinks you need to save a copy or "draft" every 5 seconds. So there is another pause for you!

This may or may not be important to some, but the new emoticons look like something out of the 30's. BORING AND LAME!

    The new Outlook is worthless.

I think the display of Outlook looks pretty nice and I haven't had any problems when using it. I do agree that there are some unnecessary wait times like when a draft is saved very frequently just before you are about to send a message, but other than that I have no problems with it.

GMail is still the fastest webmail (compared to features). Outlook.com is a hotmail "upgrade" as Microsoft officially announced Windows 8 and Metro interface.

Outlook.com cant do a lot of stuff that Gmail can you cant send email through third-party SMTP servers for a start which I do for my main businesses so I don't get "on behalf of" in the from field when sending with multiple email accounts from my one gmail account.

It's pretty, but they kinda lost the simplicity of hotmail. Gmail for the win! (You never get hacked by chinese people nor mail goes to spam usually, not sure if that second thing is good lol. Works for me)
