deleting my signatures?

Hi. I didn't really know where else to put this so I figured I'd just put it in the off topic section.
Anyway, I'm wanting to know why possibly admin or moderator would always change my signature to say something about not allowing affiliate links in signatures, especially when my last link wasn't an affiliate link. I guess I'm sort of confused, and though I read the rules if someone can explain if there is only a certain type of link that can be in the signature?

    Probably because it's a PIPs site - you might want to check with Patrician in the PIPs section for the details on that.
