Refund request being ignored

HI Folks,

Apologies in advance if this is in the wrong place.

I purchased a product ($297) from a prominent SEO guy and requested a refund within the 30 days specified. Around 2 months and numerous excuses later I still have no refund and they now ignore my communications.

It was not a WSO so I know there is no specific action anyone here can take, but is there a "name & shame" section or any other way of shedding some light on this?

Product review section appears to be what your looking for.

Now, is it just tolerated in that section ... or actually allowed. I don't know.

No, you can't use any forum section for a "name and shame" - and had you read the rules you would know that.

Dear April: I don't want any trouble from you.
January was long, February was iffy, March was a freaking dumpster fire.
So sit down, be quiet, and don't touch anything.

Paypal is great in those situations....

Credit card disputes can also be effective...)

      Thanks Jim,

But it's over 45 days so Paypal won't do anything.

I'll look into the credit card dispute option.
