My prayers to the tornado victims

I'm just watching the late night news with a reporting of the Oklahoma tornado damage and victims.

It makes me feel terribly sad that year after year innocent people are losing their lives in natural disasters like this.

May god be with them and their families.

      Many of us would prefer to dodge tornadoes than to live some place like California where there is no warning and nothing you can do to protect yourself from earthquakes.

      The Carney storm two days ago was the closest to me. It was about 30 miles to the south.

      There are at least two warriors in the Moore area. Hopefully, they are well.

      I didn't know anything about this until Matt Roe emailed me about putting together a fundraiser here for the Red Cross. The news reports are horrific.

      I was about to email you to see if you were okay, and thought to check here to see if you'd logged in. That's how I spotted this thread.

      If memory serves, Marlon's Dad and some of his family live near Moore, which got hit hard. I'm hoping they're all okay.
