Still MORE government garbage!

They said that the reason why courts were told that people were "suspected of aiding or abetting a crime" was because such wording is required under the law to get a search warrant. They said the law should be changed so they aren't required to say that.

*******WRONG*******! There is NO law requiring that they say that. It is required that there be a reasonable reason for them to believe that that is TRUE! If they ask the judge, the judge is required to ask ****WHY****? If the judge JUDGEs that the reason is a good one, and there is reason to believe that one may find something of value towards the solution, THEN they award the warrant.

If we change that part of the law, basically all of the first 10 amendments will mean NOTHING!

This is the EPITOME of the big and adhesive snowball, rolling down a mountain of loosely packed and adhesive snow.

What do you expect? The government is full blown against the US population and view everyone as their property to do what they please.

The Founding Fathers of this Nation would roll over in their graves if they knew how corrupt and wrong everything has become in govt policies today.

NO. I have been trying to keep it non partisan. Maybe I should tone it down from my end.

I was just SO appalled when I heard this flipped around and misstated. They said they said what they said because they were REQUIRED to say that to get the warrant. They also said the law should be changed so they could simply ask for the warrant.

The TRUTH was that they HAD to reasonably have such suspicions in order to get the warrant, and they lied TWICE! ONCE to the courts, because they did NOT have reasonable cause. And ONCE to the people claiming that they said that merely because they were forced to.

The IRONIC thing is the the defense could argue that the warrant was issued improperly AND, under the "fruit of the poisonous tree doctrine", Fruit of the poisonous tree - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia LITERALLY get away with murder. So one wonders how far it would go.

This issue isn't political - it's philosophical. Men like George Washington and the other founding fathers of the United States knew that power corrupts. They designed as many safeguards into the Constitution as they could, but necessarily the ongoing burden falls to the governed to keep the government from overreaching its bounds. That's where we have failed, and the culprits are greed and sloth.
