      Haven't been in a while, but when I do it's stream fishing for Trout.
      I have a 9ft. St. Croix noodle rod I use with an open face reel and 2 to 4 lb. test line. I also only use worms for bait on a barbless hook.
      I figure I do less damage to the fish with that hook and I also feed the ones that get away
      If I'm at the ocean I'd rather be crabbing then fishing

    I used to fish before I started rock and gem hunting. My ex and late both fished. IF I could eat the fish (I'm really allergic to them), I might still do so but I really see no point in it when I can't eat them. I'll dig clams or go crabbing if invited sometimes, but usually when I'm out with people fishing, I just wander off and hunt rocks until it's time to build the campfire.

    I used to quite a bit. Unfortunately, I haven't been fishing in quite some time. Who knows, maybe I'll actually get a fishing license again and break out the ol' pole this year.

      Haven't gone in many, many years. My dad used to take a bunch of us down to the river to fish, but he would never let us keep anything we caught. That was still a lot of fun.
