I just read the article. He seems embittered and not totally rational.

He sounds petty and vengeful - it's too bad some are willing to settle on his claims.

He made a living from these rich folks for years and now turns on them. What a jerk.

Race and age discrimination? What BULL! There are a LOT of reasons they may want someone a certain age/race, etc.... A jewish family might want a jewish maid because they may better understand rules, etc... Blacks or whites likewise. As for age? SORRY, but being around some things and being under 21 is ILLEGAL! HECK some restaurants don't hire people below 21. WHY? ILLEGAL! As for being too old? That is understandable also.

But what RIGHT, or standing, does a recruiter have to sue an employer for such things? I guess that guy may find that his business will COLLAPSE. HECK, he should be happy that they are even willing to have domestic help.

As for his MORONIC statement: “Do I look like a bully? Do you see any tattoos on me? I don’t even drink,” EVERY bully that I used to have had NO tatoos and didn't drink. I have known people with a LOT of tattoos that drunk that were NICE! HAPPILY MARRIED WITH HAPPY KIDS EVEN! So WHERE is the connection.

A bully BULLIES! There is NO RACE, NO SIZE, NO SEX, NO AGE, etc.... They just BULLY!

  • "But the courts could be slowing Mr. Smith down. Last December, the city’s small-claims court barred Mr. Smith from bringing any new cases without receiving permission from the court in advance, citing 51 cases he has brought since 2006."

    There you go.
